VMWARE install Windows DELL ROK error

• download from datastore of vm *.vmx
• add to file *.vmx

• SMBIOS.reflectHost = "TRUE" and SMBIOS.noOEMStrings = "TRUE"

• copy *.vmx back to datastora of vm
